There’s a subtle movement implied in the concept of perseverance. Partnering with the Risk Management Foundation of the Harvard Medical Institutions, Princeton is mining valuable information from years of claims files for the benefit of institutional policyholders. Risk Toolkits and self-assessments aid individual insureds in providing outstanding patient care. Special Account Teams, composed of company representatives, policyholders and their independent insurance agents, work to pinpoint risk management tactics to help prevent loss and stabilize premiums.

As related to technology, the company has transitioned to a paperless office environment by imaging five million pages into its document management system. An entirely new insurance processing system is now in development that will improve efficiency and enhance customer service, while providing data warehousing for the more accurate analysis of risk and predictive modeling, all to better meet future challenges and opportunities.
